Job Description
The Manufacturing Engineer will play a critical role in supporting the T1-2 vehicle launch within General Assembly at the Fort Wayne Assembly Plant. This position is responsible for ensuring manufacturing readiness, validating new processes and equipment, and driving seamless integration of launch content into a high-volume production environment. The ideal candidate brings deep automotive experience, industrial engineering capability, and a proven track record supporting major vehicle launches from concept through acceptance.

Skills and Requirements
5-7+ years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer
Automotive industry background OR a fast paced manufacturing assembly producgtion environment
Experience bringing in new tooling or equipment for line update and communicating with suppliers/vendors
Strong background in General Assembly operations, including tooling, process flow, and workstation design.
Demonstrated experience supporting vehicle/product launches, including validation, integration, commissioning, and acceptance of new equipment and processes.
