Responsibilities:
Operate and set up manufacturing equipment to produce quality composite products
Use advanced weaving and injection techniques to create aerospace quality components
Perform inspections, maintenance, and documentation to support efficient production
Maintain accurate ERP and inventory records
Support process improvements, validations, and corrective actions
Follow safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
Maintain a clean work environment and help achieve SQDC objectives
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
Previous manufacturing experience required; aerospace or composites experience preferred
Ability to read, understand, and follow engineering instructions
Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and communication skills
Experience with ERP systems and technical documentation is a plus
Experience contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
